This site does its best to pre-screen everyone. However, it is up to you, the member, to do the final screening of anyone you are interested in getting to know. Evil people can lurk among us without us knowing. This is true for our site as well as in a congregation setting. You must be wise as the serpent. Read the profiles carefully and ask the right questions

There has been report that a sister was deceived by a man who joined this site. She did not follow her parents wishes to meet him first, nor did she have any man in her family or circle screen him. She flew to another country to meet someone from this site and he ended up being an abuser and held her captive for some time. She did escape and is back in the USA. The events that unfolded was not her fault. She is greatful for having escaped. He was reported to the authorities but maybe out. Evil can lurk anywhere. Anyone can lie and say they are righteous. It is up to you to use your resources.

Have family and friends pre-screen anyone and everyone you are serious about.

Go the extra mile and run a background check.

Research the report of anyone. If someone has a bad report, listen to it, it may be true. If someone has a good report. Confirm it, it may not be true.

Use Two or More witnesses to get to the truth of everything and everyone.

PRAY ABOUT IT

Ask Yah to guide you in the way and protect you, especially if you are a young woman. Your father, even if he is in the world, can tell if a man has evil intentions. Allow him to do his job, allow your brother to do his job, allow your friends to do their job. No one knows the truth of a man better than another man. No one knows the truth of a woman better than another woman. Use your resources.
